If you choose to have some lawn games we recommend setting them up on the lawn space outside the main entrance / next to the tables & chairs. If the grass is wet or in winter we recommend setting them on the stones in front of the entrance depending on the games of course. What sort of time would we usually set up at Chycara? We usually get there early morning on the day of your wedding and then come back just before dusk on the same day / or early hours the following morning.
We have also set up 9 hole Minigolf at Chycara. There is lots of space on the lawn where this can be set up, usually on the lawn where the pond is but as the lawn space is vast this can be set up anywhere!
We have set up our photo booths at Chycara many times and the most popular location is in the conservatory area (right hand side) near the alternative entrance to the barn. We include a backdrop for all photo booth bookings. Due to the size of the roof in the conservatory we can only fit a 7FT x 7FT backdrop (our standard size) available in Floral, Festoon, Gold sequin look, Silver Sequin look, Black and gold glitter.
