Once all photo booth photos have been uploaded to the gallery, your guests are free to enjoy and interact with their images in a variety of simple, user-friendly ways. This ensures the experience continues long after the booth has closed and the event itself has ended.
Here’s what you can do once the gallery is live:
View the complete collection
All images are presented in one beautifully organised online gallery, making it easy to browse every moment captured during your event.
Download photos instantly
Guests can download individual images directly to their phone, tablet, or computer. This means no waiting for follow-up emails or manual file sharing.
Share using a gallery link
A unique gallery link can be shared with friends, family, or colleagues who couldn’t attend. This provides secure, instant access to the full collection from anywhere.
Revisit the gallery anytime
Because the gallery remains accessible online, guests can return to it after the event to re-download favourites or discover photos they may have missed on the day.
In short, once the photos are uploaded, the gallery becomes a lasting digital hub for your event—simple to use, easy to share, and designed to keep the experience going well beyond the final snapshot.
What we would recommend you to do once you have the gallery link?
Download them all and transfer them to a USB device
Unfortunately nothing lasts forever and that includes the gallery link. We advise all clients to download their photos within 6 months of receiving the gallery link.
Transfer all photos to a cloud service
Further to the above step, once all the photos are downloaded we would recommend uploading all of them to your own cloud service such as Google Drive.
