With most of our lawn game packages the hire period is 72 hours from the time you hire the items. However if you would like to hire for longer then please us know. Most people usually pick up on Friday and return on Sunday if their wedding is on a Saturday. 

We know how the Cornish weather is unpredictable! Our mini golf course is waterproof so can be used in all weather conditions. However if the weather is terrential with strong winds we can offer an alternative date. (if available) Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds as this is out of our control.

The reservation deposit is 25% with the final remainder amount due 1 month before your wedding or event.

We can set up your hire items for a cost of £25 which includes the set up and taking down of your hire items. Please ask for this when booking.

Simply give us a message on this website or call us to arrange. As we are extremely busy please contact us as soon as possible. We are already taking bookings for 2025!

You can either pay a small deposit at the time of booking or you can pay in full straightaway. Full payment must be made nearer to the event.

If for any reason you need to cancel you will only lose the deposit which you paid initially. We can move your date if we have it available.

It’s understandable that items can show wear or tear but if there are any items which show obvious signs of damage we’ll invoice you separately to cover repair costs.

We will not be held accountable for damages and/or injuries when you hire our items. Having said that we do hold public liability insurance and if your venue or event requires it we can send over the pli certificate to you on request.

We offer collection on our smaller items only. i.e lawn games

We will discuss a delivery date and time with you, usually based off the preferred slot you chose when booking. However due to traffic your delivery time maybe earlier or later as planned but we will endeavour to let you know where we are at all times.

We recommend a van as these games are naturally bigger. We can arrange delivery if you think you will struggle fitting them in your car.

If you are booking more than one item where the timing doesn’t match i.e Wedding Themed Minigolf and the Ivory Post Box we will ask for an extra surcharge for delivery as we have to do extra trips.
