Chycara
Chycara is a licensed venue for holding your civil ceremony.
Our wedding gazebo sits quietly on an island, connected to your guests by a wooden bridge, giving you a sense of serenity and privacy, whilst friends and family watch nearby.
Couples are able to feel a sense of intimacy on the island that few other wedding venues can offer – with excitable guests adorning the area around you, as you say your I-Do’s in a most picturesque place.
Avalen Weddings
A courtyard of traditional barns, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, have been restored to create a unique Cornish wedding venue. Four generations of a local farming family have been involved in the two year project to transform the historic barns, which were formerly part of the Lanhydrock estate, into an unforgettable place to hold your special celebration.
Polhawn Fort
Nothing compares to visiting Polhawn Fort in person. Your road trip begins as you hug the Whitsand Bay coastal road with the sea glistening below. Then it’s down the driveway to your first walk across the drawbridge, navigating the spiral staircase seeing the Grand Napoleonic Hall then entering the garden area with those magical views back across the coastline. Now that’s something worth seeing!

Our tipis are authentic Scandinavian and are made from 100 year old Nordic pine. We pride ourselves on being the the only authentic Tentipi provider (the founders of the event tipi industry) in Cornwall.
Our exclusive range of tipis provide an elegant alternative to the ‘marquee’ structure. The tipis blend perfectly with their surroundings. Whether it’s a bohemian, festival, rustic, country, tropical or boho luxe wedding, we can cater for them all.
Their peaks are perfect for hanging large statement floral or foliage installations or a disco ball above the dance floor. Your guests will be wowed by the structural beauty and ambience.
Our Sailcloth Tents are an elegant, romantic tent for your event which fits gracefully into the landscape. A weather-tight canvas combining elegance, durability, and simplicity is held aloft by solid milled spruce holes finished with natural wood stain. Festive flags sit on top of the king poles and wave beautifully in a light breeze.
The clear sidewalls can be rolled up easily on a warm day so you can make the most of your chosen view but can be easily lowered if it gets chilly in the evening.
